Welcome to 8 Tables Restaurant. Located downtown in  beautiful Saratoga Springs, we serve specialized dishes you won't find anywhere else.  Owner and Chef, Ron Farber, is cooking up whatever sounds good that day.  The menu is heavy on Italian with some continental and Pacific Rim, too.  Taking care of you in the front of the house when Ronnie's not bothering you will be Mason Mello.
